MS-Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook or Exchange.
2. From the menu bar, select Tools > Services....
3. The Service window opens.

   

4. Click on the Add... button.
5. The Add Service to Profile window appears. Select Internet Mail from the list and click the OK button.

   

6. The Mail Account Properties window opens. Under the General tab, enter the following information:

   Mail Account: PromiseLink
   Name: Enter your name
   E-mail Address: userid@PromiseLink.com
   Reply Address: userid@PromiseLink.com
   Internet Mail server: mail.PromiseLink.com
   Password: Enter your password

   

7. Click on the Servers tab. Enter the following information:

   Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.PromiseLink.com
   Incoming Mail (POP3): mail.PromiseLink.com
   Account Name: username@PromiseLink.com
   Password: Your Password

   

8. Click on the Connection tab. Select 'I establish my Internet connection manually'.

   

9. Click on the Apply button to save your configuration.
10. Click on the OK button.
11. You will be brought back to the Services window. And the Internet Email - PromiseLink item is already in the list.
12. Click on the OK button to close the Services window.
13. Outlook is now configured to send and receive e-mails.
